Returns, Refunds And Exchange Policy
PVL will gladly refund or exchange items within 14 days of purchase if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product details page on our website https://pvlserv.com
Returns or refunds or exchange will be processed only if:
- It is in original state: unaltered and must have all tickets attached with brand’s box and all the accessories if any.
- It is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession
- The item is not different from what was shipped to you
Items need to be returned with the tag intact and returns in any other packaging will not be accepted.
All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Final Sale Merchandise
No refunds, credits or exchanges on the following:
- Any sale item included in an additional percentage off promotion
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards and limited-edition items
Replacements and Exchange
We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 14 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order within 14 days.
Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal Online Refunds
For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. For purchases through PayPal, if PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account. If Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
